Packaging

Pretty in pink

All of our jewellery comes ready packaged in one of our pretty pink branded boxes or handmade linen pouches. So whether you're treating yourself or buying a gift for someone special, our jewellery is presented ready to delight.

Utterly sustainable

We have ensured all of our packaging is environmentally friendly, made from sustainable paper-based materials. Even the foam inserts are made from tall oil, a by-product of the paper making process.

Gift wrapping

We're delighted to be able to offer a gift wrapping service so your jewellery is ready for gifting and can be sent directly to the recipient if required.

How will my jewellery be packaged for delivery?

Your jewellery is first packaged in one of our pretty branded boxes or linen pouches. This is then placed inside a postal box and surrounded by tissue paper. This is finally inserted into a waterproof postage bag to ensure it reaches you in tip top condition.

How soon will I receive my jewellery?

We aim to despatch all in-stock items within 24 hours of ordering during operating hours. We use Royal Mail Signed For 1st class, which aims for 1 day delivery. So, you could realistically expect to receive an order placed on a Monday to be with you on the Wednesday or Thursday. If you need it earlier we do offer an Express Next Day delivery option.

Made-to-order items are subject to the same delivery schedule, but take up to 3 weeks to despatch.

Do you offer express delivery?

An express delivery service is available that uses Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm next day.

Will someone need to sign for my jewellery delivery?

All of our deliveries will require someone to sign on receipt of the package, so please consider this especially if time is critical.

How will I know when my jewellery is on its way?

You will receive an automated email notification once the product has been despatched?

What countries do you deliver to?

We can deliver to all countries covered by Royal Mail. We use standard international delivery is Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For, which aims for 3-5 days within Europe and 5-7 days for worldwide.

Can you send as a gift directly to the recipient?

Absolutely. Whether you opt for gift wrapping or not, we can send your jewellery to any address you provide. Invoices are sent via email to the buyer so no details of price will be included with your jewellery.

How are gift vouchers delivered?

Gift cards are delivered digitally by email directly to the buyer, so these will be available almost immediately for you to present to the recipient.

Returns & Guarantee

What is your returns policy?

Any item purchased online may be returned any time within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, regardless of your reason. All we ask is that that items are returned unworn - this applies especially to earrings, which cannot be resold once worn.

This return policy excludes engraved, resized, bespoke or custom orders, unless of course we are at fault.

Outbound delivery costs are non-refundable, so the cost of delivery will be deducted from any refund. You will be responsible for paying for any inbound delivery costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

What does the guarantee cover?

We offer a 1 year guarantee on the workmanship of all of our jewellery, specifically any breakages along solder joints or dislodged stones. In the case of a warranty claim we will repair or replace your item of jewellery free of charge.

This guarantee is subject to specific exclusions:
where the item of jewellery has be subject to force or foreign material;
fine chains;

How should I return an item?

If you are returning the item under our 1 year guarantee, please include a note detailing the reason for the return and your contact details. You are of course invited to contact us before hand to discuss your return before you send it to us.

You will be responsible for paying for any delivery costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance, as it cannot be guaranteed that we will receive your returned item.
